All rights, title, and interest in and to the UkkU app and its Content are and will remain the exclusive property of UkkU and its licensors.

2. Trademark Information

UkkU, the UkkU logo, and other UkkU trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our app are trademarks or registered trademarks of UkkU. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our app may be the trademarks of other third parties.

You are not granted any right or license with respect to any of the trademarks, service marks, or logos appearing in the app.

3. User-Generated Content

When you post content on UkkU (including but not limited to photos, descriptions, reviews, and messages), you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content on our platform, you grant UkkU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• You have obtained all necessary permissions for any content that includes other people or copyrighted materials

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its Content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our app
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written permission

UkkU complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines regarding intellectual property. We do not allow the sale of counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized copies of branded items on our platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that items they list for sale do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

9. Enforcement

UkkU reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this Copyright policy, including removing infringing content, terminating accounts, and pursuing legal action where appropriate.
