UkkU facilitates secure transactions between buyers and sellers. Payment methods and transaction details are handled securely through our platform. Both buyers and sellers receive confirmation of completed transactions.
Use the in-app messaging system to communicate safely with buyers and sellers. You can ask questions about items, negotiate prices, and arrange pickup or delivery details.
If you have any issues with a purchase, first try to resolve it directly with the seller through our messaging system. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact our support team at info@ukku.ee.
After completing a transaction, you'll be prompted to rate and review the other user. Honest feedback helps build trust in our community.

If you encounter inappropriate listings, messages, or user behavior, tap the "Report" button on any listing or user profile. Our moderation team will review all reports promptly.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Check that UkkU has camera and photo permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera (iOS) or Settings > Apps > UkkU > Permissions (Android) and ensure camera access is enabled.
Make sure notifications are enabled for UkkU in your device settings. You can also check your notification preferences within the app settings.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Go to your profile section in the app, tap "Edit Profile," and update your name, profile photo, location, and other account information.
Contact our support team at info@ukku.ee to change your email address. For security reasons, email changes must be verified.
To delete your account, contact our support team at info@ukku.ee with your request. We'll process account deletion requests within 48 hours. Note that deleting your account will remove all your listings and transaction history.
No, each user is allowed only one UkkU account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
UkkU is currently available in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. We're working to expand to more countries in the future.
